Bunun yerine birden fazla TW hesabı yönetiliyorsa, hesapların sadece birbirini takip etmesi sağlanarak bir nevi resmi hesaplar listesi sağlanmış olur.
Böylece herhangi bir hesabı takip eden kullanıcılar diğer resmi hesapları tek bir liste halinde görüp hızlı bir şekilde diğerlerini de takip edebilirler.
